Katherine has spent over 20 years working alongside professionals and leaders navigating growth, promotion and business complexity.

Much of her career has been rooted in professional services environments, including law, accounting and advisory firms. Earlier in her career, she held in-house Business Development roles, supporting business expansion and client strategy. She later advised these firms on senior hiring and market positioning through her work in recruitment. This dual perspective gives her a commercial understanding of how firms grow, how senior talent is assessed, and what drives promotion and remuneration decisions. Katherine understands how partnership structures operate, how stakeholder dynamics influence decision-making and what drives advancement outcomes.

Today, her work focuses on two areas. She supports professionals inside firms to position themselves for the next level and she works with business owners to build structured, sustainable growth.

Her approach is practical, commercially grounded and strategic. She focuses on clear thinking, structured plans and steady execution that leads to meaningful progress.

Based in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Katherine works with clients nationally and internationally. She partners with professionals and business leaders to sharpen their positioning, navigate complexity and step confidently into their next level of influence.
